The UV ozone method is a surface treatment technique that modifies and precisely cleans the surfaces of plastics and metals through UV light irradiation, while not causing corrosion on surfaces larger than the micrometer scale. In signal frequency acceleration and fine circuit formation, it is necessary to apply some treatment to the substrate surface to reduce the roughness (smoothness) of the substrate's unevenness and enhance adhesion.
